"Mr. Bogar was the attorney for the defendant charged with Assault 2. I was the victim who filed charges. His client was guilty but that did not stop him from using every tactic he could. Even though he was representing the other side in a no win scenario, he was very professional and intelligent. He is very effective and commands respect from the prosecution side. His reputation is excellent."
